Hello,

I am a cultural anthropologist and research manager, bringing a decolonial lens to knowledge production and community activism. My work focuses on the discursive modeling of systemic inequality, cultural antecedents of colonial violence, and collective action interventions. I have experience in infusing trauma informed care principles into sexual violence research, policy, and practice, centering the representation and lived experience of those with intersectional identities in organizational and cultural discourses.

You may see me around with my trusty RA and TA, Trace Pearce, a rescue dog from TN with a deep dedication to social justice and mental health in higher education praxis. He is a strong proponent of petting canine TAs as a method to mitigate classroom anxiety and academic stress.
